A database is a table-based data storage system. AgilePoint uses its own databases, and it can integrate with external databases.

AgilePoint NX integrates with these databases in various ways. Some database types can be used as back end data storage for AgilePoint NX, while others can be used through process activities or lookups.

After your installation is complete, if you want to use advanced mode, create a table that is named based on the app, and create the table columns based on the fields from the form. The Primary Key should be the process instance ID (type varchar 50). |

Reports Center Database
The Reports Center database is only used by AgilePoint customers who purchased the Reports Center component (sometimes called AgileReports) in AgilePoint NX v7.0 or lower.

In AgilePoint NX v8.0 and higher, Report Center has been replaced with the
Analytics Center component.
