Configure the Work Center widget

To configure the Work Center widget for a custom page, do the procedure in this topic.

How to Start

  1. Click Page Builder.
  2. On the Page Builder screen, do one of these:
    • Create a Custom Page.
      1. Click Add Row

      1. Click the bottom horizontal line of the row or right side vertical line of the row or column.

  3. Click Add Widget.

  4. On the Pick a Widget screen, on the Content tab, click Work Center Work Center icon.

Fields

Field Name Definition

Show Multiple Dynamic Groups / Roles

Function:
Specifies whether to disable queries against more than one dynamic group or role if Dashboard performance is slow.

Some organizations experience slow performance if they run queries against multiple dynamic groups or roles. You can deselect this option to improve the Dashboard performance. The tasks for the dynamic groups or roles do not show in the Dashboard.

This setting is optional. Not all organizations experience this issue, and deselecting this option results in reduced functionality.

Accepted Values:
  • On - Executes queries against more than one dynamic group or role.
  • Off - Disables queries against more than one dynamic group or role.

Function:
Specifies whether to show the apps or processes in the My Apps tab of the Dashboard.

Function:
Specifies the number of items to show in the AgilePoint task list and process lists.

Task Status

Function:
Specifies the task status to show in the Status column on the My Task tab.

Function:
Specifies menu items to hide for tasks in the My Tasks list.
