Skype for Business Template Configuration screen

Specifies the content of the Skype for Business template. The Skype for Business template gives the template name, message, and other parts of an automated Skype for Business template sent from AgilePoint NX.

How to Start

  1. Do one of these:
  2. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
  3. In the Process Builder, in the My Application pane, expand your application , and do one of these:
    • Click Notification
      1. Click Lync.
      2. Do one of these:
    • Click Process Model
      1. Double-click your process.
      2. Click Notification Notification icon > Skype for Business Template Skype for Business Template icon.
      3. On the Skype for Business screen, in the Skype for Business Template, click Add Add icon.

Skype for Business Template Name

Function:
Specifies the name of your Skype for Business template.
Accepted Values:
One line of text that can have spaces.

Message

Function:
Specifies the content of the message.
Accepted Values:
More than one line of text.
Default Value:
None
Accepts Process Data Variables:
Yes

Complete the Assigned, Reassigned or Overdue task by responding the Skype for Business message

Function:
Completes a task using a response to the automated message.

The message must come from the same message technology as the outgoing message. For example, the user must use Skype for Business to respond to a Skype for Business message.

Keyword

Function:
An approval keyword which sets the Xpath node to True or False when a participant enters it in a message. This usually applies to approvals.
To Open this Field:
Select Complete the Assigned, Reassigned or Overdue task by responding the Skype for Business message.
Accepted Values:
One line of text with no spaces.
Default Value:
None
Accepts Process Data Variables:
Yes
Example:
  • Y, Yes, or Approve for True.
  • N, No, or Reject for False.

Xpath

Function:
Specifies a schema element that stores the approval keyword specified by the approver.
To Open this Field:

An XPath to a schema element in Boolean format.
