(Example) Configure the Approve or Reject Radio Button for Voting Approval in the Approval Details Subform

How to Start

1. (Example) Create a Process-Based Application for an Absence Request.
2. (Example) Start an Absence Request Process with an eForm.
3. (Example) Create an eForm to Set Available Leave Hours.
4. (Example) Configure a Condition Activity to Check the Leave Hours Available in the Absence Request Process.
5. (Example) Create a Voting-Based Approval Task.
6. (Example) Configure the Approver Details Subform for the Create Absence Request eForm.
7. (Example) Create a Subform for Approvers Details for the Create Absence Request eForm​.
8. (Example) Configure the Approvers Details Subform for the Voting Approval eForm.
9. (Example) Delete the People Picker Form Control from the Approvers Details Subform.

Procedure

1. On the eForm Builder screen, in the Toolbox, open, the Common Controls tab.

   
   
   

2. On the Common Controls tab, drag a Radio Button form control onto your eForm.

   
   
   

3. On the Field Setting - Radio Button screen, click the General tab.

   
   
   

4. In the Label field, enter Manager, HR Manager, Director Approval.

   
   
   

5. Click the Configure tab.

   
   
   

6. In the Inline List Options section, click Add Option.

   
   
   

7. In the Name field, enter these values:
   • Approve
   • Reject

   
   
   

8. In the Value field, enter these values:
   • True
   • False

   
   
   

9. To save the changes, click Close Screen .
10. The eForm Builder shows the Approve or Reject radio button form control for the Approvers Details subform.
