(Example) Configure the Approver Details Subform for the Create Absence Request eForm

To configure the Approver Details subform form control that specifies the manager name on the Create Absence Request eForm for voting approval, do the procedure in this topic.

Procedure

  1. On the eForm Builder screen, in the Toolbox, open the Common Controls Common Controls icon tab.

  2. On the Common Controls Common Controls icon tab, drag a Subform Subform icon form control onto your eForm under the Employee Information section.

  3. On the Field Setting - Subform screen, click the General tab.

  4. In the Label field, enter Approvers Details.

  5. Click the Configure tab.

  6. In the Display Style list, select Columns.

  7. Select Repeatable.

  8. Deselect these check boxes.
    • Allow Add
    • Allow Delete
    • Allow Copy
    • Confirm Deletion
  9. In the Default Occurrence field, enter 3.

  10. Click Appearance tab.

  11. In the Font Style field, click Bold.

  12. To save the changes, click Close Screen Close Screen icon.
  13. On the eForm screen, drag the right edge of the form control to the right until the width of the form control is 2 columns.
  14. On the Form Control Quick Menu, click Design Subform Design Subform icon.

  15. The eForm Builder shows the Approvers Details subform for the Create Absence Request eForm.
