New Task Form screen

Creates an eForm as a human task form for an app.

Background and Setup

Prerequisites

A process-based app.
AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud, or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v9.0 or higher.

Good to Know

When you complete this procedure, the eForm Builder screen opens to configure the eForm.
For more information, refer to Create a Human Task with eForms.

How to Start

Click App Builder.
On the App Builder Home screen, click All Apps.
On the All Apps screen, on an app, click Edit .
On the App Details screen, click Add New > Task Forms.

Fields

Form Name	Description: A name for the form. Allowed Values: One line of text (a string). Accepted: Letters Numbers Spaces Default Value: None Accepts Variables: No Example: Refer to: (Example) Create an eForm to Start the Process (Create Absence Request) (Example) Create an eForm (Set Available Leave Hours) (Example) Create an eForm (Manager Approval)
Form Description	Description: A description for the form. Allowed Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: No

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Form Layouts	Description: Lets you choose a form layout to create a new form. Allowed Values: Blank Form - Lets you create a new form using blank form layout. Existing Form - Creates a new form using a form that exists in the app as a template. Default Value: Blank Form
