How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams tab.

  3. On the Microsoft Teams tab, drag the Get Team Member activity onto your process.

A list of access tokens configured for your environment.

Team

Function:
Specifies the team name in Microsoft Teams.
Accepted Values:
A team name from the list.

When you select the access token from the Microsoft Teams field, this field shows the team names associated with the access token.

Member

Function:
Specifies the name of the Microsoft Teams user whose information to get.
Accepted Values:
A team member from the list.

Map Schema

Function:
Maps information about the team member from the Microsoft Teams data model to your process schema.
Accepted Values:
Click the Schema Mapping Schema Mapping icon button to open the Schema Mapper.
