How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams tab.

  3. On the Microsoft Teams tab, drag the Schedule Meeting activity onto your process.

Function:
Specifies the team name in Microsoft Teams.
Accepted Values:
A team name from the list.

When you select the access token from the Microsoft Teams field, this field shows the team names associated with the access token.

Specifies the subject of the meeting.
Accepted Values:
One line of text that can have spaces.

  • Custom - Uses a process data variable to specify a dynamic date and time.
  • Static - Uses date and time fields to select a specific date and time.
  • Now - Specifies that the meeting starts at the time the process activity executes at runtime.

Function:
Specifies the end date and time for the meeting.
Accepted Values:
  • Custom - Uses a process data variable to specify a dynamic date and time.
  • Static - Uses date and time fields to select a specific date and time.

A time zone from the list.
