Configure the Get Team activity

To configure the Get Team activity, do the procedure in this topic.

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

Open Process Builder.

In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams tab.
On the Microsoft Teams tab, drag the Get Team activity onto your process.

Specifies information about the team to get in Microsoft Teams.

Field Name	Definition
Microsoft Teams	Function: Specifies the access token that connects to your Microsoft Teams service. Accepted Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None
Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Microsoft Teams Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Microsoft Teams.
Team	Function: Specifies the team name in Microsoft Teams to get. Accepted Values: A team name from the list. When you select the access token from the Microsoft Teams field, this field shows the team names associated with the access token. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Map Schema	Function: Maps information about the team from the Microsoft Teams data model to your process schema. Accepted Values: Click the Schema Mapping button to open the Schema Mapper. Use this screen to connect the response to the data model for your process. Default Value: None Example: Refer to: (Example) Schema Mapper
