How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

    For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.


    Open Process Builder
  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams tab.

  3. On the Microsoft Teams tab, drag the Delete Channels activity onto your process.

Team

Function:
Specifies the team name in Microsoft Teams.
Accepted Values:
A team name from the list.

When you select the access token from the Microsoft Teams field, this field shows the team names associated with the access token.

Channels

Function:
Specifies one or more Microsoft Teams channels to delete.
Accepted Values:
One or more channel names, separated by semicolons (;).

When you select the team from the Team field, this field shows one or more channels associated with the team.
