Configure the Update Team activity

To configure the Update Team activity, do the procedure in this topic.

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams tab.
On the Microsoft Teams tab, drag the Update Team activity onto your process.

Configures the team information to change in Microsoft Teams.

Field Name	Definition
Microsoft Teams	Function: Specifies the access token that connects to your Microsoft Teams service. Accepted Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None
Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Microsoft Teams Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Microsoft Teams.
Team	Function: Specifies the team whose information you want to change in Microsoft Teams. Accepted Values: A team name from the list. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
New Team Name	Function: Specifies a new name for the team. Accepted Values: One line of text that can have spaces. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
