  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams tab.

  3. On the Microsoft Teams tab, drag the Create Group activity onto your process.

Specifies a text description for the group in Microsoft Teams.
Accepted Values:
More than one line of text.

Mail Alias

Function:
Specifies the e-mail address that shows as the sender.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Configuration tab, select Create New Team.
Accepted Values:
One line of text (a string) in email address format.

Specifies the type of group in Microsoft Teams.
Accepted Values:
  • Microsoft 365 group - The group uses Microsoft 365 to manage permissions.
  • Security group - The group uses Microsoft Teams to manage permissions.

Response ID

Function:
Specifies a process data variable to store the ID associated with the group in Microsoft Teams.
