An activity that gets the information about a channel in Microsoft Teams.

Configure the Get Channel activity

To configure the Get Channel activity, do the procedure in this topic.

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 or higher.

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams tab.
On the Microsoft Teams tab, drag the Get Channel activity onto your process.

Get Channel Configuration

Specifies the information about a channel to get from Microsoft Teams.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Microsoft Teams	Function: Specifies the access token that connects to your Microsoft Teams service. Accepted Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None
Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Microsoft Teams Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Microsoft Teams.
Team	Function: Specifies the team name in Microsoft Teams. Accepted Values: A team name from the list. When you select the access token from the Microsoft Teams field, this field shows the team names associated with the access token. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Channel	Function: Specifies the Microsoft Teams channel whose infromation to get. Accepted Values: A channel name from the list.
