Configure the Delete Meeting activity

To configure the Delete Meeting activity, do the procedure in this topic.

In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams tab.
On the Microsoft Teams tab, drag the Delete Meeting activity onto your process.

Configures the meeting to delete in Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Teams	Function: Specifies the access token that connects to your Microsoft Teams service. Accepted Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None
Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Microsoft Teams Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Microsoft Teams.
Team	Function: Specifies the team name in Microsoft Teams. Accepted Values: A team name from the list. When you select the access token from the Microsoft Teams field, this field shows the team names associated with the access token. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Title	Function: Specifies the title of the Microsoft Teams meeting to delete. Accepted Values: A meeting title from the list. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
