macro
A macro is a variable that can make data entry easier when you create an e-mail notification. A macro is basically a variable that represents more than one process attribute.
Custom macros are stored in the process data variable list. You can use them when create or change an e-mail template. In AgilePoint NX, macros are different from other types of process data variables because they can only be used for e-mails.
