eForm Activity Types

There are a number of types of eForm activities. Each one serves a different type of function.

eForm Task Type Definition

Start Task

Function:
An activity that shows an eForm that lets a participant start a process.
Default Settings

Anonymous Start Task

Function:
An activity that lets a runtime app user complete an eForm that starts a process with no authentication to AgilePoint NX.

Standard Task

Function:
An activity that shows an eForm when the process runs.

Anonymous Standard Task

Function:
An activity that lets a runtime app user complete an eForm that starts a process with no authentication to AgilePoint NX.

Advanced Task

Function:
An activity that combines the operations of the Dynamic Parallel, Dynamic Sequential, and Voting activities that use eForms. This activity lets participants in a running process adapt to new requirements. They can add new participants to complete a human task in parallel, in sequence, or as voters. When the activity runs, process participants can add users through the task list or Manager app.
