Views
Description:
Specifies a list of views to show on the custom page.

This field shows both standard views and custom views from Modern Work Center.

You can use this option to show specific Work Center views for pages that are used by specific teams or groups. For example, an intranet page for a human resources team can show a view that is specific to human resources. This setting can also be used to limit access to views that do not apply to the users of a custom page.

Allowed Values:
One or more views from the list.
Default Value:
None

Tab Orientation
Description:
Specifies the direction to show the tabs on the custom page.
Allowed Values:
  • Horizontal - Shows the tabs from left to right.
  • Vertical - Shows the tabs from top to bottom.
Default Value:
Horizontal

Maximum Items To Retrieve
Description:
Specifies the number of items to show in the task list and process lists on the custom page.
Allowed Values:
An integer.

Description:
Specifies whether to open the form or view in the same tab.

Function:

  • Status - Groups the tasks based on the status.
  • Priority - Groups the tasks based on importance.
  • Process - Groups the tasks based on their associated processes.

Enable Grid View
Description:
Specifies whether the Tasks card shows the tasks in a grid view on the custom page.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Properties tab, in the Views field, select Tasks.
Allowed Values:
  • On - Shows the tasks in a grid view.
  • Off - Shows the tasks in a card view.

Description:
Specifies the default view for a process to show on the Processes card.

Filter By Status
Description:
Specifies one or more statuses to filter the processes to show on the Processes card so that only the specified processes show.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Properties tab, in the Views field, select Processes.
Allowed Values:
One or more statuses, separated by commas (,).

Description:
