How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, and open the SharePoint tab.
On the SharePoint tab, drag the Create List Item activity onto your process.

Content Type	Description: Specifies the content type for the list item. Allowed Values: The name of your content type. Default Value: None Note: If you don't provide a content type for the list item, the SharePoint system applies a default content type, named "Item." Folder	Description: Specifies the name of your SharePoint folder. Allowed Values: The name of your SharePoint folder If the folder does not exist within the specified SharePoint list, the AgilePoint system creates it. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
Store List Item ID in Process Attribute	Description: Specifies the process data variable that stores the SharePoint list item ID. Allowed Values: A process data variable that accepts an alphanumeric string with no spaces or special characters. Field Internal Name	Description: Specifies the internal names of the SharePoint columns for your list or library. Allowed Values: Read only. The values show when you select a list item Example: Refer to: The videos on this page
Value	Description: The value for the SharePoint column. Allowed Values: A null (blank) value. A process data variable. An Xpath to a schema element. To add XML metadata associated with the process, drag the schema element in the Value field. The URI for one or more files. You can attach one or more files separated by semicolons (;) using: Local file path - c:\[path]\[file name] URL - http://[URL]/[file name] Default Value: The data type of the SharePoint column. Note: By default, the Value field displays the column's data type. Set the actual value.
