How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, and open the SharePoint tab.
On the SharePoint tab, drag the Copy List Item activity onto your process.

List	Description: Specifies the name of your SharePoint list. The source list contains the list items you want to copy or move to the destination list. Allowed Values: The name of your SharePoint list. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
Folder	Description: Specifies the name of your SharePoint folder. The source folder contains the list items you want to copy or move to the destination folder. Allowed Values: The name of your SharePoint folder. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
List Field Name	Description: Specifies the name of a SharePoint list column. Allowed Values: Read only. "ID", the list column that specifies the unique list item ID.
List Item Field Value	Description: Specifies the SharePoint list column's value. This value can be used as a filter to limit the scope of the action. Allowed Values: The list column's value.
