  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, and open the SharePoint tab.

Overwrite

Description:
Specifies if the activity writes over a link URL, or creates a new one.
Allowed Values:
  • Deselected - The activity creates a link, and does not write over a link.
  • Selected - The activity writes over a link.

    If you specify Selected and a link is there, the activity replaces a link URL with the new link. The activity changes the non-URL properties of the link.
