How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, and open the SharePoint tab.
On the SharePoint tab, drag the New Library activity onto your process.

Site	Description: Specifies the URL for your SharePoint site. Allowed Values: A valid SharePoint site URL. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes Example: http://[machine name]:[port]/sites/[site name] Note: You must include the /sites in the Site URL for the site to be created successfully. List Template	Description: Specifies the name of the SharePoint list template to be used to create the new document library. Allowed Values: Document Library. This field is read-only. When you select SharePoint access token from SharePoint field, this field shows the associated document library. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: No
Document Library Name	Description: Specifies the name for the new document library. Allowed Values: One line of text (a string). Accepted: Letters Numbers Spaces Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
Document Template	Description: Specifies the SharePoint document template to be associated with the new document library. Allowed Values: The name of a SharePoint document template. The valid values for this property are the same as the values listed in the New Document Library page, such as: Microsoft Office FrontPage Web page Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentation Basic page Web Part Page The New Document Library page is displayed when you manually create a new document library in SharePoint. Default Value: Microsoft Office Word document - A new document library is created for Microsoft Word documents. Accepts Variables: No
Overwrite Document Library	Description: Specifies if the activity overwrites the form or document library that already exists at the location where the new library is to be created. Allowed Values: Deselected - The activity does not overwrite an existing SharePoint form or document library. Note: If you specify False when a site or site collection already exists, then SharePoint does not change. The process stops the activity and updates the process variables specified in the SaveErrorMessageTo and SaveStatusTo properties. Selected - The activity overwrites an existing SharePoint form or document library. Default Value: Deselected
Enable Versioning	Description: Specifies if you can use the versioning feature to manage your SharePoint form library or document library. Versioning feature allows you to keep track of different version of your files. You can view, restore, and delete a particular version of file. Allowed Values: Deselected - The file versioning feature is disabled. Selected - The file versioning feature is enabled. Default Value: Deselected
Enable Content Management	Description: Specifies if the content management is enabled for the SharePoint form or document library. This adds content type to the library. Allowed Values: Deselected - The content management feature is disabled. Selected - The content management feature is enabled. Default Value: Deselected
Store Library URL in Process Attribute	Description: Specifies the process data variable that stores the library URL. Allowed Values: A variable.
