macro
A macro is a variable that can make data entry easier when you create an email notification. A macro is basically a variable that represents more than one process attribute.
Custom macros are stored in the process data variable list. You can use them when create or change an email template. In AgilePoint NX, macros are different from other types of process data variables because they can only be used for e-mails.
