synchronize

Synchronize is an automated procedure where data from an external data source (for example, a SharePoint list or an InfoPath form) is copied to the AgilePoint database each time AgilePoint contacts the data source. The purpose of synchronizing data is to avoid errors that may occur because data changes in the external data source while the AgilePoint process runs.
