  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint NX tab.

  3. On the AgilePoint NX tab, drag the Change Data Entities Permissions activity onto your process.

Description:
Specifies the permission groups to which to add users and groups as members.
Allowed Values:
  • Entity Owners
  • Entity Designers

Entity Owners
Description:
Specifies whether the users and groups are added to the Entity Owners permission groups.
Allowed Values:
  • Selected - Specified user and groups are added to the Entity Owners permission group.
  • Deselected - Specified user and groups are not added to the Entity Owners permission group.

Entity Designers
Description:
Specifies whether the users and groups are added to the Entity Designers permission groups.
Allowed Values:
  • Selected - Specified user and groups are added to the Entity Designers permission group.
  • Deselected - Specified user and groups are not added to the Entity Designers permission group.

Description:
Specifies users to add to the specified permission groups for the specified entity.

Remove Existing Members
Description:

  • Yes - Deletes the existing members from the permission groups when the new users or groups are added to the permission groups.
  • No - Adds the new users or groups and does not deletes the existing members from the permission groups.

Enable Access For All Users
Description:
Specifies whether all AgilePoint NX users are members of the Entity Owners or Entity Designers permission groups.
Allowed Values:
  • Yes - Gives premissions to all AgilePoint NX users for an app.
  • No - Only the users who are configured with entities permissions can access the entity.

Specifies whether the users and groups are added to the Read Records permission groups.
Allowed Values:
  • Selected - Specified user and groups are added to the Read Records permission group.
  • Deselected - Specified user and groups are not added to the Read Records permission group.

Description:
Specifies whether the users and groups are added to the Edit Records permission groups.
Allowed Values:
  • Selected - Specified user and groups are added to the Edit Records permission group.
