Edit Group activity

Configure the Edit Group activity

To configure the Edit Group activity, do the procedure in this topic.

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

In most text fields, you can use process data variables as an alternative to literal data values.
This activity does the same action as change a group in Manage Center.

Open Process Builder.

In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint NX tab.
On the AgilePoint NX tab, drag the Edit Group activity onto your process.

Specifies the configuration to change a group in AgilePoint NX.

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for AgilePoint NX Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to AgilePoint NX.
Group Name	Description: Specifies the name of a group. Allowed Values: A group name from the list. A process data variable. You can use Process Data screen to specify a process data variable. Default Value: None
Description	Description: A description of the group. Allowed Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: None
Group Lead	Description: Shows the name of the manager or head of the organizational unit for the group. Allowed Values: A valid group lead name. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
Add Group Members	Description: Specifies the names of the member in a group. Allowed Values: A list of valid group member names, separated by semicolons (;). A process data variable. You can use Process Data screen to specify a process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
