Publish App activity

An activity that publishes an app in AgilePoint NX.

Configure the Publish App activity

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

In most text fields, you can use process data variables as an alternative to literal data values.
You can configure whether this activity waits for other activities before it runs.

Open Process Builder.

In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint NX tab.
On the AgilePoint NX tab, drag the Publish App activity onto your process.

Specifies the configuration to publish an app in AgilePoint NX.

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for AgilePoint NX Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to AgilePoint NX.
Choose App / App Name	Description: Specifies an app to publish in AgilePoint NX. Allowed Values: Choose App - Specifies an app from the list. When you select the access token from the AgilePoint NX field, this field shows the apps associated with the access token. App Name - Specifies the name of the app or a variable that stores the name of the app. Default Value: App Name
Label	Description: Specifies the text label that shows for the version of the app on the Version History screen. Allowed Values: One line of text (a string). Accepted: Letters Numbers Spaces Special characters Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
Version	Description: Specifies the version number for the app. Allowed Values: An integer that must have 2 digits after decimal point. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
