Configure the Change Package Permissions activity

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v9.0 or higher.

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint NX tab.
On the AgilePoint NX tab, drag the Change Package Permissions activity onto your process.

Change Package Permissions Configuration

Configures the packages for which to add users and groups to the specified permission groups.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
AgilePoint NX	Description: Specifies the access token that connects to your AgilePoint NX environment. Allowed Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: No
Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for AgilePoint NX Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to AgilePoint NX.
Package	Description: Specifies the name of the package for which to change the permission. Allowed Values: One or more package names,separated by semicolons (;). Click Package . For more information, refer to Change Package Permissions Configuration > Configure Package. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
Users	Description: Specifies users to add to the Package Owners permission groups for the specified package. Allowed Values: One or more user names,separated by semicolons (;). Click Users . Groups	Description: Specifies groups to add to the Package Owners permission groups for the specified package. Allowed Values: One or more group names,separated by semicolons (;). Click Groups . Remove Existing Members	Description: Specifies whether to delete the existing members from the specified permission groups when the new users or groups are added to the permission groups. Allowed Values: Yes - Deletes the existing members from the permission groups when the new users or groups are added to the permission groups. No - Adds the new users or groups and does not deletes the existing members from the permission groups. Default Value: No Accepts Variables: Yes

Change Package Permissions Configuration > Configure Package

Configures the packages for which to change the permissions.
