Configure the Update Delegation activity

To configure the Update Delegation activity, do the procedure in this topic.

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint NX tab.
On the AgilePoint NX tab, drag the Update Delegation activity onto your process.

Specifies the configuration to change a delegation in AgilePoint NX.

Delegation ID	Description: Specifies the ID of the delegation. The delegation ID comes from AgilePoint NX. Allowed Values: A valid delegation ID. A process data variable. You can use Process Data screen to specify a process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
Originally Assigned	Description: Specifies the user name to whom the task was first assigned. Allowed Values: A valid user name in AgilePoint NX. A process data variable. You can use Process Data screen to specify a process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
Delegated To	Description: Specifies the participant to whom to temporarily reassign a task when the assigned participant is not available. Allowed Values: A valid participant name. Specifies the configuration to change the date and coverage of the delegation in AgilePoint NX.
