Configure the Change App Permissions activity

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v9.0 or higher.

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint NX tab.
On the AgilePoint NX tab, drag the Change App Permissions activity onto your process.

Change App Permissions Configuration > App Owners Tab

Configures the members for the App Owners permission groups for the specified apps.

No - Adds the new users or groups and does not deletes the existing members from the permission groups. Default Value: No Accepts Variables: Yes

Configures the members for the Report Viewers permission groups for the specified app.

Change App Permissions Configuration > Configure Apps

Configures the apps whose permission groups to change .

Configures the packages for which to add the specified permission groups.
