How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

    For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, and open the SharePoint tab.

  3. On the SharePoint tab, drag the New Form Library activity onto your process.

Procedure

  1. Complete the fields on the General Configuration screen.
  2. Click New Form Library Configuration New Form Library Configuration icon.
  3. Configure New Form Library Configuration screen.

    For more information, refer to Create a SharePoint Form Library.

  4. (Optional) Click Advanced Advanced icon > Email Notifications E-mail Notifications icon.

    For more information, refer to Email Notifications screen (Process Activities).

Function:
Specifies the URL for your SharePoint site.

Function:
Specifies the name for the new form library.

One line of text (a string) with no spaces.

Form Template Relative Path

Function:
Specifies the location of the InfoPath form template file to use with the new form library.
Accepted Values:
An InfoPath file path relative to the AgilePoint Server application's root directory.

  • If AgilePoint Server is installed at:

    C:\Program Files\AgilePoint\AgilePointServerInstance

    And, the InfoPath form template file is located at:

    Then, this property must be set to the following value:

    files\MyTemplate.xsn

Overwrite Form Library

Function:
Specifies if the activity overwrites the form or document library that already exists at the location where the new library is to be created.
Accepted Values:
  • Deselected - The activity does not overwrite an existing SharePoint form or document library.
    Note: If you specify False when a site or site collection already exists, then SharePoint does not change. The process stops the activity and updates the process variables specified in the SaveErrorMessageTo and SaveStatusTo properties.
  • Selected - The activity overwrites an existing SharePoint form or document library.

Enable Versioning

Function:
Specifies if you can use the versioning feature to manage your SharePoint form library or document library.

Versioning feature allows you to keep track of different version of your files. You can view, restore, and delete a particular version of file.

Accepted Values:
  • Deselected - The file versioning feature is disabled.
  • Selected - The file versioning feature is enabled.

Enable Content Management

Function:
Specifies if the content management is enabled for the SharePoint form or document library. This adds content type to the library.
Accepted Values:
  • Deselected - The content management feature is disabled.
  • Selected - The content management feature is enabled.

Store Library URL in Process Attribute

Function:
Specifies the process data variable that stores the library URL.
Accepted Values:
A process data variable that accepts a URL.
Default Value:
None
