  • ​​To send an email notification, click Advanced Advanced icon > Email Notifications E-mail Notifications icon.

How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, and open the SharePoint tab.

  3. On the SharePoint tab, drag the Delete Navigation Link activity onto your process.

Specifies the type of navigation link to create or change on your SharePoint site.

  • Top Link Bar - The link is in the row of tabs at the top of the page on the site.
  • Quick Launch - The link is on the side of the page on the site.

Function:
Specifies the navigation link to delete from your site.
Accepted Values:
One line of text (a string) in URL format.
