How to Start

1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
   • Open a Process.
   • Create a Process.
2. Do one of these:
   • Add an activity:
     1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the External Forms tab.
     2. On the External Forms tab, drag the Dynamic Task Pool (External Forms) activity onto your process.
   • Change an activity:
     1. In your process, double-click your activity.
3. On the Dynamic Group Participants screen, click Participants.

Procedure

1. On the Dynamic Group Participants screen, in the Add Roles or Groups list, select the type of group you want: a group or a role.
   • To create a role, refer to create a role.
   • To create a group, refer to Create a Group.
2. (Optional) Search the items in the list of groups, or roles to narrow your results.
3. In the list of groups or roles, drag your participants onto the Details list.

Repeat this procedure as necessary until you have added all the participants for your task.
