How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Active Directory Active Directory icon tab.
      2. On the Active Directory Active Directory icon tab, drag the Remove User Remove User icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Remove User Remove User icon.

Procedure

  1. On the Remove User Configuration screen, in the Active Directory field, select your Active Directory access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for Active Directory.

  2. In the User Names field, enter the name of the users to remove from the Active Directory.
