How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Active Directory Active Directory icon tab.
      2. On the Active Directory Active Directory icon tab, drag the Disable User Disable User icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Disable User Disable User icon.

Procedure

  1. On the Disable User Configuration screen, in the Active Directory field, select your Active Directory access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for Active Directory.

  2. In the User Names field, enter the names of the users to disable in the Active Directory.
