How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Active Directory Active Directory icon tab.
      2. On the Active Directory Active Directory icon tab, drag the Add User to Group (Active Directory) Add User to Group icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Add Users to Group Add Users to Group icon.

Procedure

  1. On the Add User To Group Configuration screen, in the Active Directory field, select your Active Directory access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for Active Directory.

  2. In the User Names(s) field, enter the user names to add to the Active Directory group.
  3. In the Group Name field, enter the name of the Active Directory group.
