Entity Metadata Viewers is a permission group for users and groups who have access rights to view metadata for a specified entity, but can not edit the entity.

Permissions:
This permission group has these permissions for a specific entity:
  • View entity fields
  • View relationships
  • View entity diagram

How to Start

  1. Click Data Entities.

    Click Data Entities
  2. On the Data Entities Home screen, click Entities Entities icon.

    Click Entities
  3. On the Entities screen, click an entity.

  4. Click the Permissions tab.

  5. On the Permissions tab, click Entity Metadata Viewers.
