Cancel Process screen (Modern Work Center)

Prerequisites

• A process in any status other than Completed or Cancelled.
• You must have the Cancel a Process access right to cancel the process.

  For more information, refer to Add Role screen.

• On the Work Center > Common Settings tab , set Default Work Center Version to Modern.
• AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 or higher.

Good to Know

• When you cancel a process, all Assigned tasks are removed from the participants' task list.
• Before cancelling, make sure that you want to cancel this process and its subprocesses.
• Documentation for this screen is provided for completeness. The fields are mostly self-explanatory.
• This topic applies to Modern Work Center. For Classic Work Center, refer to Cancel Process screen (Classic).

Modern Work Center (Tasks)

1. Click Work Center.

   
   
   

2. In the left pane, click Inbox > Tasks.

   
   
   

3. On the task list, click Ellipses (...) > Cancel Process.

   
   
   

Modern Work Center (Processes)

1. Click Work Center.

   
   
   

2. In the left pane, click Inbox > Processes.

   
   
   

3. On the process list, click Cancel Process .
