My Apps screen (Modern)

Shows a list of apps that are published for your use. You can click any app name to start a new instance in Modern Work Center.

How to Start

  1. Click Work Center.

    Click Work Center
  2. In the left pane, click My Apps.

    Click My Apps

Fields

Field Name Definition

Search Apps Search Apps icon

Function:
Does a search of your published apps.

Group By Category

Function:
Specifies whether to organize the published apps in a category.
Accepted Values:
  • On - Groups the published apps by the category.
  • Off - Shows the published apps in alphabetical order.
Default Value:
Off

Sort By

Function:
Specifies how to sort the apps.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the My Apps screen, click Filter.
Accepted Values:
  • Alphabetical - Sorts the apps in alphabetical order.
  • Release Date - Sorts the apps in release date.
Default Value:
Alphabetical

Show Apps

Function:
Specifies the types of apps, to show.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the My Apps screen, click Filter.
Accepted Values:
Default Value:
All Apps

Apply

Function:
Saves your changes in the Sort By and Show Apps fields.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the My Apps screen, click Filter.

Frequently Used Apps / My Apps

Function:
Specifies whether to show the most used published apps or all published apps.
Accepted Values:
  • Frequently Used Apps - Shows the most used published apps.
  • My Apps - Shows all published apps.
Default Value:
Frequently Used Apps

App Details Add Details icon

Function:
Shows detailed information about the app.

Add Planned Task My Apps Add Planned Task icon

Opens this Screen:
Add Task To Planner screen
Function:
Adds a task or app to your planner in Modern Work Center.
