Activity Information screen (Modern Work Center)

Shows the information for an activity.

Background and Setup

Prerequisites

A process or task in any status.

Good to Know

App designers can manage and view activity documentation in Process Builder.
Runtime app users can view activity documentation if it is configured to show in Work Center and Manage Center at runtime.

How to Start

Open the Process Viewer screen.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Viewer screen.
On the Process Viewer screen, click any activity.

Activity Information > Overview tab

Shows the basic information about an activity.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Name	Function: Shows the technical name for the activity. Accepted Values: Read only.
Display Name	Function: Shows the display name of the activity. Accepted Values: Read only.
Start Date	Function: Shows the date and time the activity started. Accepted Values: Read only.
Due Date	Function: Shows the date and time the activity is due to complete. Accepted Values: Read only.
Completed Date	Function: Shows the date and time the activity was Completed. Accepted Values: Read only.

Shows information about the participants associated with an activity.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
User Name	Function: Shows the name of the user assigned to the activity. Accepted Values: Read only.
Status	Function: Shows the status of the activity. Accepted Values: Read only
Session	Function: Shows the number of sessions the activity has completed. Accepted Values: Read only.
Assigned Date	Function: Shows the date and time the activity was Assigned to a participant. Accepted Values: Read only.
Completed Date	Function: Shows the date and time the activity was Completed. Accepted Values: Read only.
Actions	Function: Shows an operation to perform on an assigned activity. Accepted Values: Open Task - Opens the form or view for the selected task. Reassign Task - You or any user from your tenant can reassign the task to a different user.

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 Software Update 2 or higher.

Field Name	Definition
Link	Function: Shows the display names for the links for the activity documentation.
Copy Link	Function: Copies the URL.
Open Link	Function: Opens the URL in a new tab.

Shows the attached files for the activity documentation.

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 Software Update 2 or higher.

Field Name	Definition
Display Name	Function: Shows the display names for the attached files for the activity documentation. Accepted Values: Read only.
File Name	Function: Shows the list of attached files for the activity documentation. Accepted Values: Read only.
Download	Function: Downloads the attached file to your local machine.
