Take Assignment screen (Modern Work Center)

Assigns the task to you in Modern Work Center.

Prerequisites

The task is assigned to a pool of users.
On the Work Center > Common Settings tab , set Default Work Center Version to Modern.
AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 or higher.

How to Start

Click Work Center.
In the left pane, click Inbox > Tasks.
On the task list, click Ellipses (...) > Take Assignment.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Open Task	Function: Opens the form for the specified task.
Status	Function: Shows the status of the task. Accepted Values: Read only. The status can be one of these: New - Specifies a task that is New. Assigned - Specifies a task that is Assigned. Overdue - Specifies a task that is Overdue.
Assigned Date	Function: Shows the date and time the task was assigned to the participant. Accepted Values: Read only.
Due Date	Function: Shows the date and time the task is due to be completed. Accepted Values: Read only.
Priority	Function: Shows the importance for a task. Accepted Values: Read only. The task priority can be one of these: Normal - Specifies a normal priority task. Low - Specifies a low priority task. High - Specifies a high priority task. Default Value: Different for different tasks.
Assigned To	Function: Shows the participant assigned to the task. Accepted Values: Read only.
Session	Function: Shows the number of sessions the activity has Completed. Accepted Values: Read only.
Initiator	Function: Shows the name of the user who started the process. Accepted Values: Read only.
Process Instance	Function: Shows the process instance name. Accepted Values: Read only.
View Process	Function: Opens the Process Viewer that shows the current status of the process. For more information, refer to Process Viewer screen.
App	Function: Shows the name of the app. Accepted Values: Read only.
Process Model	Function: Shows the name of the process model. Accepted Values: Read only.
Description	Function: Shows the description for the task. Accepted Values: Read only.
People in the group	Function: Shows a list of participants in the pool who can complete the task. Accepted Values: Read only.
Take Assignment	Function: Assigns the selected task to you.
