Clone Data screen

Creates a record that is a copy of another record in an entity.

Prerequisites

• You must be a member of the Create Records permission group.
• Create a record in an entity.

  For more information, refer to (Example) Configure a Relationship in Data Entities.

• AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 or higher.

Good to Know

• The system supplies values to these standard fields. Therefore, you can not change values to these fields:
  • ID
  • Created Date
  • Last Modified Date
  • Created By
  • Last Modified By

How to Start

1. Click App Builder.

   
   
   

2. On the App Explorer screen, click Data Entities.

   
   
   

3. On the Data Entities Home screen, click Entities.

   
   
   

4. On the Entities screen, click an entity.

   
   
   

5. Click the Data tab.

   
   
   

6. On the Data tab, click Ellipses (...) > Clone.
