Maximum Records

Function:

Specifies the maximum number of records to show on the Entity screen > Data tab.

Accepted Values:

An integer.

Default Value:

1000

Order By

Function:

Specifies the entity field to sequence how the records show on the Entity screen > Data tab.

Accepted Values:

An entity field from the list.

Default Value:

Last Modified Date

Order

Function:

Specifies the sort order the records show on the Entity screen > Data tab.

Accepted Values:

• Ascending - Sorts the records in ascending order.
• Descending - Sorts the records in descending order.

Default Value:

Descending

Close

Function:

Closes the Filters screen.

Reset

Function:

Restores the default settings for the Filters configuration.

Apply

Function:

Uses the configured filter options to show the list of records.

Entity Field Name

Function:

Shows the name of the entity field by which to filter the records.

Accepted Values:

Read only.

Comparer

Function:

Shows the operator to use in the filter.

Accepted Values:

Read only.

Value

Function:

Specifies a value for the entity field to filter the records to show on the Entity screen > Data tab.

Accepted Values:

One line of text (a string) with a value or partial value for the specified entity field.

Default Value:

None

Close

Function:

Closes the Filters screen.

Reset

Function:

Restores the default settings for the Filters configuration.

Apply

Function:

Uses the configured filter options to show the list of records.

Group By

Function:

Specifies the entity field to group the records.

This field only shows the custom fields that are not configured as unique.
