Export Data screen

Downloads records from an entity as an XML file, a JSON file, or a Microsoft Excel file to your local machine.

Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. Click App Builder.

    Build Apps screen
  2. On the App Explorer screen, click Data Entities.

    Click Data Entities Screen
  3. On the Data Entities Home screen, click Entities.

    Click Entities
  4. On the Entities screen, click an entity.

  5. On the right side of the screen, click Ellipses (...) > Export Data.

    Click Export Data

Fields

Entity To Export
Function:
Shows an entity from which to download the records.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Export As Excel
Function:
Downloads AgilePoint NX records as a Microsoft Excel file to your local machine.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Export Data screen, click Export.

Export As JSON
Function:
Downloads AgilePoint NX records as a JSON file to your local machine.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Export Data screen, click Export.

Export as XML
Function:
Downloads AgilePoint NX records as an XML file to your local machine.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Export Data screen, click Export.
