Data Record History screen

Shows information about the users who created or changed the records and when the records changed.

Prerequisites

• You must be a member of the Read Records permission group.
• AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 or higher.

How to Start

1. Click App Builder.

   
   
   

2. On the App Explorer screen, click Data Entities.

   
   
   

3. On the Data Entities Home screen, click Entities.

   
   
   

4. On the Entities screen, click an entity.

   
   
   

5. Click the Data tab.

   
   
   

6. On the Data tab, click Ellipses (...) > History.
