How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint NX tab.
On the AgilePoint NX tab, drag the Get Delegation activity onto your process.

Specifies the configuration to find a delegation in AgilePoint NX.

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for AgilePoint NX Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to AgilePoint NX.
Delegation ID	Function: Specifies the ID of the delegation. The delegation ID comes from AgilePoint NX. Accepted Values: A valid delegation ID. A process data variable. You can use Process Data screen to specify a process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Originally Assigned	Function: Specifies the process data variable that stores the user name to whom the task was first assigned. Accepted Values: A process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
