Activate or Cancel Delegation (AgilePoint NX) activity

Configure the Activate or Cancel Delegation activity

To configure the Activate or Cancel Delegation activity, do the procedure in this topic.

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

This activity does the same action as make a delegation active and cancel an active delegation in Manage Center.

Open Process Builder.

In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint NX tab.
On the AgilePoint NX tab, drag the Activate or Cancel Delegation activity onto your process.

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for AgilePoint NX Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to AgilePoint NX.
Delegation ID	Function: Specifies the ID of the delegation. The delegation ID comes from AgilePoint NX. Accepted Values: A valid delegation ID. A process data variable. You can use Process Data screen to specify a process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Set Delegation Status	Function: Specifies the status of the delegation. Accepted Values: Activate - Activates the delegation. Cancel - Cancels the delegation. A process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
