To configure the eSign Document Download activity, do the procedure in this topic.

How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

    For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.


    Open Process Builder
  2. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Digital Signature tab.

  3. On the Digital Signature tab, drag the Sertifi eSign Document Download activity onto your process.

Selects the target storage repository type for your files.

Function:
Specifies that Amazon S3 is the target location for your files.

To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Sertifi eSign Document Download > Target Repository > Amazon S3.

Box Box icon

Function:
Specifies that Box is the target location for your files.

Dropbox Dropbox icon

Function:
Specifies that Dropbox is the target location for your files.

File System File System icon

Function:
Specifies that the file system on the AgilePoint Server machine is the target data source location for the file.

To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Sertifi eSign Document Download > Target Repository > File System.

Function:
Specifies that FTP is the target location for your files.

To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Sertifi eSign Document Download > Target Repository > FTP.

Google Drive Google Drive icon

Function:
Specifies whether to use or create an access token to connect to your Sertifi environment.
Accepted Values:
  • Manually - Uses a web service URL and API key to connect to your Sertifi environment.
  • Access Token - Uses or creates an access token to connect to your Sertifi environment.

Manually

Service URL

Function:
Specifies web service URL for production or sandbox environment for Sertifi.
To Open this Field:
  1. In the Credentials field, select Manually.
Accepted Values:
  • https://apps.sertifi.net/Services/Gateway.asmx - This URL is used for production environment. The production environment is used to store the production data.
  • The sandbox environment is used to develop and test your applications. This URL comes from Sertifi.

API Key

Function:
Specifies a unique API key from the Sertifi service for authentication.

File Name

Function:
Specifies the name of the file for the downloaded eSigned document.
Accepted Values:
A valid eSigned document name.

Store File Path

Function:
Specifies the location of the file system folder on the local computer where the activity does an action, such as uploading or downloading files.

This setting gives the source location for the files to be uploaded and the target location for the files to be downloaded.

Accepted Values:
A file path relative to the AgilePoint Server application's root directory.
Default Value:
None

  • If AgilePoint Server is installed at:

    And, the file once downloaded is to be located at:
