  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Digital Signature tab.

  3. On the Digital Signature tab, drag the Sertifi eSign Status Check activity onto your process.

  • Manually - Uses a web service URL and API key to connect to your Sertifi environment.
  • Access Token - Uses or creates an access token to connect to your Sertifi environment.

Service URL

Function:
Specifies web service URL for production or sandbox environment for Sertifi.
To Open this Field:
  1. In the Credentials field, select Manually.
Accepted Values:
  • https://apps.sertifi.net/Services/Gateway.asmx - This URL is used for production environment. The production environment is used to store the production data.
  • The sandbox environment is used to develop and test your applications. This URL comes from Sertifi.

API Key

Function:
Specifies a unique API key from the Sertifi service for authentication.
