Upsert Picklist Items activity

Configure the Upsert Picklist Items activity

To configure the Upsert Picklist Items activity, do the procedure in this topic.

Standard (out of the box) picklists cannot be changed. You can add picklist items in a standard picklist, and only those picklist items can be changed.
To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

Open Process Builder.

In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Data Entities tab.
On the Data Entities tab, drag the Upsert Picklist Items activity onto your process.

Specifies the information to create or change one or more picklist items, if they exist, in AgilePoint NX.

Standard Picklists / Custom Picklists	Function: Specifies whether to show standard (out of the box) picklists or custom picklists in the Picklist list. Accepted Values: Standard Picklists - Shows standard picklists in the Picklist list. Custom Picklists - Shows custom picklists in the Picklist list. Picklist	Function: Specifies the picklist for which to create or change picklist items. When you select the Standard Picklists or Custom Picklists field, this field shows the picklists associated with Standard Picklists or Custom Picklists field. Request Mapping	Function: Connects your process schema to the picklist items. Accepted Values: Click the Schema Mapping button to open the Schema Mapper screen. Use this screen to connect the request to the data model for your process. Default Value: None Example: Refer to: (Example) Schema Mapper
