Upsert Picklist Items activity
An activity that creates or changes one or more picklist items, if they exist, in AgilePoint NX Data Entities.
Configure the Upsert Picklist Items activity

Prerequisites
- AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 or higher.
Good to Know
- Standard (out of the box) picklists cannot be changed. You can add picklist items in a standard picklist, and only those picklist items can be changed.

How to Start
- Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
- In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Data Entities tab.
- On the Data Entities tab, drag the Upsert Picklist Items activity onto your process.
