Configure the Query Picklist Items activity

To configure the Query Picklist Items activity, do the procedure in this topic.

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Data Entities tab.
On the Data Entities tab, drag the Query Picklist Items activity onto your process.

Specifies the picklist items to retrieve from AgilePoint NX Data Entities.

Field Name	Definition
Standard Picklists / Custom Picklists	Function: Specifies whether to show standard (out of the box) picklists or custom picklists in the Picklist list. Accepted Values: Standard Picklists - Shows standard picklists in the Picklist list. Custom Picklists - Shows custom picklists in the Picklist list. Default Value: Standard Picklists
Picklist	Function: Specifies the name of the picklist from which to retrieve the picklist items. When you select the Standard Picklists or Custom Picklists field, this field shows the picklists associated with Standard Picklists or Custom Picklists field. Accepted Values: A picklist from the list. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Map Response to AgilePoint Schema	Function: Connects picklist items to your process schema. Accepted Values: Click the Schema Mapping button to open the Schema Mapper screen. Use this screen to connect the response to the data model for your process. Default Value: None Example: Refer to: (Example) Schema Mapper
Store Response In Process Variable	Function: Specifies the process data variable that stores the picklist item. Accepted Values: A process data variable. Default Value: None
